Writing to improve mental health is my passion as I believe writing can help so many people in so many ways.
With one in four people in the UK suffering from poor mental health each year, we have to look at different ways to tackle this ever growing problem.
Writing to improve mental health is now regarded as a successful way to address this issue and I hope to share my knowledge and expertise on this subject with as many people as I can.
As one who has used writing for therapy very successfully, I am keen to share all my tips and ideas with you, all via this website. I also run local workshops / presentations in the Yorkshire area so please check the events page for latest news. I am currently studying for my certificate in Therapeutic Writing from the Professional Writers Academy.
